Dispatch

Ready-made orders are usually dispatched within two business days of purchase. We will email you when your parcel has been posted and provide an Australia Post tracking number.

Delivery areas and cost

We currently deliver to addresses in Australia and New Zealand through Australia Post.

Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of $15 per order for both Australia and New Zealand.

Local Perth collection is not currently available.

Delivery times

Delivery times shown by Australia Post are estimates and may vary, particularly during peak periods or because of circumstances outside our control. We cannot guarantee a particular arrival date.

New Zealand orders

Orders delivered to New Zealand may be subject to taxes, duties or other charges imposed by local authorities. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking has not updated or your parcel appears to be delayed, contact us and we will help investigate with Australia Post. If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement where available or provide a refund.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the item and packaging and email photographs to admin@sagedecorstudio.com.au as soon as possible. See our Returns & Refunds page for more information.
